During the consultation we will discuss your ideas/needs and follow up with a final price for executing your desired design/product.

PAYMENT

If client approves our quote, payment is due before we begin work on the mockup/proof.

FREE MOCKUP/PROOF

Once we have received payment we will create and deliver a mockup/proof for client review.

Product production will not start until  after client approves the delivered  mockup/proof.

MATERIALS

Upon receiving client approval, we will place an order for all materials and begin production.

PRODUCTION TIME

Items should be ready to ship 5-10 business days after client approves mockup/proof.

PRODUCT CARE

All of 10THIRTEEN's products are handcrafted and may require special care.  Refer to product care recommendations included with your order.
