All custom orders will ship within 5-10 business days of final design approval.

Changes or Cancellations need to be submitted within 24 hours of order via e-mail at 10thirteen.plt@gmail.com .

No returns or exchanges on custom/personalized orders BUT, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do what we can to make it right.

All 10THIRTEEN's products are handcrafted and may require special care.  Refer to product care recommendations included with your order.
